SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Belle Vigour is locally owned and located on the island of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. At this moment , we are only accepting local orders. We will provide international shipping in the near future.

Orders placed before 12:00pm for Tortola are hand delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm are delivered the next business day. Customers will provide a delivery time and location in the note section at checkout. Orders for the sister islands (Virgin Gorda, Jost Van Dyke & Anegada) are shipped based on the ferry schedule within 48 hours .

We offer FREE delivery for orders on Tortola. Shipping to the sister islands will include an additional $5 - $10 depending on the size of the package.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Belle Vigour will accept returns or exchanges if your item was incorrect upon receipt within 24 hours of delivery.

All returned items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

Please note that all Clearance items & Sale Section Items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

Any returned items that do not meet our terms will result in our inability to replace your item.
